Bolton's Danny Jones tipped to win I'm A Celebrity before entering the jungle

McFly star Danny Jones has been tipped to win I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! before he has even entered the jungle.

The singer is one of the favourites to be crowned King of the Jungle, according to the latest odds from bookmakers Coral.

Jones is currently priced at 2-1 to win the show, ahead of other favourites such as Coronation Street star Sair Khan and former EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa.

A spokesperson for Coral said: "Danny Jones is the early favourite to win I'm A Celebrity this year. He is a popular singer with a large fan base, and he is also known for his adventurous spirit."

"He has all the qualities needed to be a successful contestant on the show, and we think he has a great chance of winning."

Jones is no stranger to reality TV, having previously appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016.

He is also a keen adventurer, and has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and trekked through the Amazon rainforest.

If Jones does win I'm A Celebrity, he will be the first McFly member to be crowned King of the Jungle.

The new series of I'm A Celebrity begins on ITV on Sunday, November 17.
