Crawley Boss Issues ‘Imprint’ Message Ahead Of Bristol Rovers Clash

Crawley Town boss Matthew Etherington wants his team to start leaving their "imprint" on games as they prepare to face Bristol Rovers.

The Reds have lost their last two matches, conceding six goals in the process, and Etherington knows they need to improve.

"We need to start putting our imprint on games," he said.

"We need to be more dominant, more aggressive, and more clinical. We need to show that we're the ones who are in charge."

Etherington knows that Bristol Rovers will be a tough test, but he believes his team can get a result if they play to their potential.

"Bristol Rovers are a good side," he said.

"They've got some good players and they're well-organised. But we're confident that we can go there and get a result."

"We just need to make sure that we're at our best and that we're prepared to fight for everything."

Crawley Town will be without suspended midfielder James Tilley for the trip to Bristol Rovers.

Tilley was sent off in the second half of the defeat to Leyton Orient and will now serve a one-match ban.

Etherington is likely to make changes to his team, with George Francomb and Joel Lynch both pushing for recalls.
