Donnarumma was clearly emotional as he made his way off the pitch, and he admitted after the game that it was a special feeling to be back at San Siro.
"It was my home for many years, so it was a special feeling to be back," he said. "The fans gave me a great welcome, and it was a great feeling to play in front of them again."
PSG took the lead in the 30th minute when Kylian Mbappe scored a stunning goal, but Milan leveled just before half-time through Ante Rebic.
