Second-half fightback not enough for hosts as Wallabies secure 32-15 victory

England were beaten 32-15 by Australia in their Autumn Nations Series Test at Twickenham on Saturday. The Wallabies scored four tries to England's one, with fly-half Noah Lolesio kicking 17 points.

England started brightly and took an early lead through a Freddie Steward try. However, Australia hit back with tries from Tom Wright and Hunter Paisami to take a 14-7 lead into the break.

The Wallabies extended their lead early in the second half through a Pete Samu try, before Lolesio kicked a penalty to make it 24-7.

England rallied and scored a try through Sam Simmonds, but Lolesio kicked another penalty to make it 27-15.

The Wallabies then put the game to bed with a try from Jordan Petaia in the final minutes.

England's next match is against South Africa at Twickenham on Saturday, November 26. Australia will face Wales at the Principality Stadium on Saturday, November 27.
