Five's Ritchie Neville drops huge Boyzone reunion hint with East 17 and Take That stars
Five singer Ritchie Neville has sparked excitement with hints of a Boyzone, East 17 and Take That supergroup in the making
The 45-year-old singer recently linked up with Keith Duffy, Shane Lynch and Brian McFadden in Dubai - and he's teased that something big could be on the cards with the addition of East 17's Brian Harvey and Take That's Howard Donald
Neville and East 17's Harvey went on a trip to the United Arab Emirates where they bumped into Duffy, Lynch and McFadden and the five singers posed for a picture together which was shared to social media.
Alongside the snap, Harvey wrote: "Reunited," and fans went wild for the photo with many speculating that something special is planned.
Neville then kept the rumors mill ticking over by sharing the same picture on his own Instagram page and adding a caption that hinted at a supergroup.
He wrote: "Great catching up with these fellow Irishmen in Dubai... East 17, Boyzone and Take That... Who's missing?"
Many fans took that to be a reference to Donald, who he previously hinted at being involved in a supergroup project with.
Speaking on the Talk Out Loud podcast last year, to discuss his own band's reformation, Neville said: "We are actually in talks... We are going to put a new boyband together. Me, Brian Harvey from East 17, and Howard Donald from Take That.
"We have been asked to do a stadium tour in Australia by the biggest promoter in Australia. But at the minute we are just trying to get our schedules together to see if we can do it."
And it appears that schedules have now aligned with Neville teasing that something is definitely in the pipeline.
Boyzone and Take That are two of the most successful boybands of all time - with a total of 16 number one hits between them.
East 17 are also one of the most famous boybands of the 90s with 18 top 40 hits and four number ones - including their huge hit Stay Another Day in 1994.
A supergroup featuring members of the three iconic bands would be sure to get fans excited and a huge tour would be sure to sell out stadiums all over the world.
