Craig Bellamy continues unbeaten record as Wales earn point in Turkey

Wales remain unbeaten under Craig Bellamy as they held Turkey to a 1-1 draw in a friendly in Antalya.

Kieffer Moore gave Wales the lead in the 33rd minute, but Cengiz Under levelled for Turkey just before half-time.

Both sides had chances to win the game in the second half, but neither could find a winning goal.

The draw extends Bellamy's unbeaten record as Wales manager to four games.

Wales have now drawn their last three friendlies, having also drawn with Finland and Bulgaria in March.

Bellamy will be pleased with his team's performance, particularly in the first half.

Wales were the better side in the opening 45 minutes and deservedly took the lead through Moore.

However, Turkey improved in the second half and Under's equaliser was no more than they deserved.

Overall, it was a fair result for both sides.

Wales will now turn their attention to their UEFA Nations League campaign, which begins with a home game against Finland on June 4.

Turkey will also be in action in the Nations League, with their first game coming against Lithuania on June 4.
